List role assignment candidates from an organization unit - #144
RoleAssignments lists users, groups and agents as candidates for a role from every organization unit (OU) the signed-in user can see. A ThunderID role belongs to one OU, and the admin console needs to offer only that OU's identities when assigning the role. The component fetches its candidates itself, so an application can't narrow the lists.
This PR adds an optional ouId prop to RoleAssignments. When it is set, the users, groups and agents candidate lists come only from that OU.
When the OU ID is given:
When the OU ID is not given:
Approach
getGroups accepts filter, as getUsers and getAgents already do. The server's groups list supports filter=ouId eq "<id>", and the specification's List contract already says a list accepts a filter where the server supports one.
React and Vue RoleAssignments take an optional ouId. It is turned into ouId eq "<id>" with toEqualityFilter and sent on the users, groups and agents requests. It is also part of those requests' query keys, so changing ouId refetches the lists.
The role's assignments list is unchanged.
Without ouId, the requests and query keys are the same as before, so existing applications are unaffected.
Next.js passes props through to the React component, and Nuxt auto-imports the Vue component, so both get the prop without their own changes.
The React and Vue playground stories for RoleAssignments have an ouId control for live mode.

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Role assignment components can now limit user, group, and agent candidates to a specified organization unit. Role assignments themselves remain unchanged.
Added organization-unit filtering support when retrieving groups.
Role assignment playgrounds now let you try organization-unit filtering.
getGroups now accepts filter parameters. React and Vue RoleAssignments components use an optional ouId to filter user, group, and agent candidates. The playground stories expose an ouId control.

Summary
Group-list filter support packages/javascript/src/api/management/groups/getGroups.ts, packages/javascript/src/api/management/__tests__/rolesAndGroupsApi.test.ts
GetGroupsConfig includes filter, and getGroups sends it with the other query parameters. The usage example and request test cover an ouId filter.
Both components accept optional ouId and include its equality filter in user, group, and agent candidate requests and query keys. Tests cover filtered candidates and the unchanged assignment request.
When the organization unit changes on an already-mounted role assignment picker, users can briefly (or after a failed request, persistently) see and select candidates from the previous organization unit. Clear or withhold candidate data when the filter changes before merging.
