List role assignment candidates from an organization unit - #59
When a role is shared with organization units, an admin assigns the role from inside one OU. RoleAssignments always listed users, groups and agents from the whole deployment. That offered people who don't belong to the OU the admin was working in.
This PR adds an optional ouId to RoleAssignments. When it is set, the users, groups and agents offered for assignment come only from that organization unit. When it is not set, nothing changes.
When ouId is set, the widget builds ManagementFilter.equality('ouId', ouId) and passes it to the users, groups and agents candidate queries. The server does the filtering, so the existing page limit of 100 applies to the OU's members, not to the whole deployment.
didUpdateWidget now also rebinds when ouId changes. The new queries start with no data, so candidates from the previous OU are never offered while the new OU's list loads, or if loading it fails.
getGroups and groupsQuery accept an optional filter, matching what usersQuery and agentsQuery already support. The filter is part of the query key, so each OU gets its own cache entry.
Role assignment candidate lists can now be narrowed to a selected organization unit, including users, groups, and agents. Changing the organization unit refreshes the available candidates.
Group listings now support optional server-side filtering, making it possible to retrieve groups matching a specified condition.
The role assignment playground now includes an organization unit control for previewing filtered candidates.
Group queries now accept a server-side filter. RoleAssignments can scope user, group, and agent candidate queries to an organization unit and rebind when that unit changes. The playground and tests include the new behavior.

getGroups sends an optional filter in the request query. groupsQuery includes the filter in its query key and forwards it to the client. The test checks that the filter appears in the request URL.
RoleAssignments accepts an optional ouId, applies it to candidate queries, and rebinds when it changes. The playground exposes the control. Tests cover initial filtering, changing the organization unit, and failed requests.
An invalid organization-unit value can show assignment candidates from other units. Prevent unfiltered candidate requests for non-null invalid values before merging.

- Line 220: Update the `ouId` filter handling so a non-null value that produces
no `ManagementFilter` cannot cause the candidate queries to run unfiltered.
Reject that value or keep the candidate queries disabled; only run unfiltered
queries when `ouId` is null.
