Scan: RetroDECK's saves are found - #121

RetroDECK keeps every system's saves in one tree, retrodeck/saves/<system>, in the home folder or on an SD card when it was moved there. The scan knew EmuDeck's tree but not this one, so a RetroDECK setup turned up nothing. It is now looked for the same way: each system's folder is offered as its own game.

RetroDECK keeps every system's saves in one tree,
retrodeck/saves/<system>, in the home folder or on an SD card when it was moved there. The scan knew EmuDeck's tree (Emulation/saves) but not RetroDECK's, so a RetroDECK setup turned up nothing in a scan (reported on Discord). It's now looked for the same way as EmuDeck:
~/retrodeck/savesand/run/media/…/retrodeck/saves, with each system's folder offered as its own game. The Flatpak can already read the home folder and/run/media.The layout follows RetroDECK's documented default. If a user's setup shows emulators keeping saves elsewhere inside RetroDECK, we'll add those locations.
