Filter list is empty in 1.75.1b15. #4171

Prerequisites

• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension.
• uBO uses default lists and settings.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

I'm m using browser Thorium Version 138.0.7204.300 (Official Build) (64-bit).
tried reinstalling the extension with its default filter lists but the issue persists.
So, i have gone back to the prev version b14 and it works fine and all the filter lists load properly.

A specific URL where the issue occurs.
