1.75.1b15 3p-filters page empty , no filters load , only the 2 buttons and 4 checkboxes + descriptions / Could not filter properly at browser launch. Reload the page to ensure proper filtering. #4170

- I performed a cursory search of the issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue.
- The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
- I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.
I tried to reproduce the issue when...
- uBO is the only extension.
- uBO uses default lists and settings.
- using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Unable to reproduce with Brave 1.97.56 (Chromium 155.0.8059.40).
Please verify if there are errors in the JavaScript console of the background page of the extension.
