Since thunder-id/thunderid#6047, a ThunderID group accepts a member only when the group's organization unit (OU) owns it or it is shared with that OU. Anything else is refused with GRP-1019. GroupMembers always listed users and agents from the whole deployment, so admins could pick members the server would refuse.
This PR adds an optional ouId to GroupMembers. When it is set, the users and agents offered for adding come only from that OU. When it is not set, nothing changes.
New optional ouId parameter, placed before content so trailing-lambda callers keep working.
A new internal groupMemberCandidateFilter(ouId) builds ouId eq "<id>" with ManagementFilter.equality. It returns null when ouId is null or blank, so a blank value lists from every OU, as before.
The users and agents candidate queries pass the filter to the server, so the existing page limit of 100 applies to the OU's members, not to the whole deployment.
The OU-scoped lists return what the server accepts: users the OU owns plus those shared with it, and agents the OU owns (agents can't be shared).
The filter is part of each query key. Changing ouId therefore starts new queries with no data, so candidates from the previous OU are never offered while the new OU's list loads.
The group's members list is unchanged. rememberGetUsers and rememberGetAgents already accept filter, so no client or composable changes are needed.
Group membership editing can now be scoped to an organization unit. When an organization unit is selected, the available users and agents are limited to that unit; leaving the selection blank keeps the existing unfiltered list.
The playground preview includes an organization-unit control so you can try this behavior.
GroupMembers now accepts an optional organization-unit ID and applies it to user and agent candidate queries. The playground exposes this ID as a control and passes blank values as null.
GroupMembers accepts an optional ouId and applies an equality filter to user and agent candidate queries when it is set. Tests cover provided, null, and blank IDs.

The groupMembers spec adds an ouId text control. The live preview passes its value to GroupMembers, using null when the value is blank.
thunder-id/android-sdks#46: Filters RoleAssignments candidates by ouId, similar to the candidate filtering added for GroupMembers.

The new OU filter can hide users shared into the group's OU once that OU owns 100 or more users. Failed candidate loads show up as an empty list instead of an error message. Apps that pass the custom render lambda positionally to GroupMembers will stop compiling. Resolve the paging gap and the error reporting before merge, or explicitly accept them.

Explanation
The title names a real part of the change but misses its main point. The PR adds an optional ouId to GroupMembers that limits candidate users and agents to one organization unit. The title says 'Limit group assignees to group OU', which matches that intent, but it contains a typo ('to to') and does not name the new parameter or the playground changes. It is specific enough for a teammate scanning history to understand the primary change.

Explanation
The description follows the repository template. It fills in Purpose, Approach, Related Issues, Related PRs, and the Checklist, and it gives a usage example. It explains the problem (GRP-1019 refusals), the new optional ouId parameter, the filter behavior for null or blank values, and the unit tests. Some checklist items remain unchecked: manual testing, documentation, and integration tests. The Related PRs list also includes a non-standard link format for the iOS SDK. These gaps are non-critical, so the description is mostly complete.

Preserve positional content calls.
GroupMembers is a published SDK API. Calls that pass the custom-render lambda as the sixth positional argument no longer compile because that position now expects ouId: String?. Trailing-lambda and named-argument calls remain compatible. Add a compatibility overload for the previous six-argument form.

Allow access to shared users beyond the first page.
The OU-filtered user API returns owned users before shared users. If an OU owns at least 100 users, this query never offers users shared into it. A shared user that appeared in the previous unfiltered first page can therefore become unavailable. Add paging or another way to reach later candidates. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
