Summary

Deletes the unused March–April runtime review cluster: 45 scripts/runtime_review_*.py files plus scripts/publish_runtime_review_pair.py (46 files, about 15.4k lines). Nothing in the Makefile, CI, or app imported them. Those scripts only called each other.

docs/dc90-measurement/ is unchanged. One sentence in docs/DC90-MANAGED-CAPABILITY-SAFE-FIXTURES-2026-04-27.md no longer names the removed E2B review script.

Draft only. Do not merge.

Confirmation

  • Makefile: no runtime_review or publish_runtime_review_pair references.
  • .github/workflows/ci.yml: none.
  • packages/: none.
  • Remaining repo search after the deletion: none.

Out of scope

Does not touch open drafts #85, #83, #82, #81, #79, #78, or features #80, #76, #59. Does not delete zendesk_support_executor, packages/web, migrations, MCP get_receipt, or the Astro markdownToHtml collapse.

Remove the 46-file runtime_review cluster and its pair publisher.
Nothing in the Makefile, CI, or app imported them. Update the one
DC90 fixture note that named a deleted E2B review script.
