Production is packages/astro-web. Keep the three public-truth contract tests on Astro, run them with root Vitest so CI no longer installs Next, and delete packages/web along with its duplicate guides and stale public-truth mirror. Co-authored-by: tomdmeredith <tomdmeredith@users.noreply.github.com>

Production web is
packages/astro-web(vercel.json,make dev,make build). This retires the undeployed Next app inpackages/web.What changed
packages/astro-web/tests/and run them with root Vitest 2.1.3, the same version the Next package used. The CIpublic-truthjob,npm test, andmake testno longer install Next.packages/web, including@tremor/react, the duplicatepublic/guides/*.mdcopies, and the stale 12-linepackages/web/lib/public-truth.ts.lint,type-check, andbuildscripts that only targeted the Next app.npm testnow runs the Astro contract tests.make buildis unchanged and still builds Astro.scripts/generate_agent_capabilities.pyfrom rewriting the deleted Nextllms.txtandpublic-truth.tsmirrors.scan_aud18_authority_drift.py. The scanner itself stays.packages/astro-web/public/data/initial-dataset.yaml.https://rhumb.dev/data/initial-dataset.yamlreturns HTTP 200text/yamland matches that file. Pointedscripts/score-dataset.tsat that published copy so the one-shot reader still resolves. Did not delete one-shot/Awal scripts orzendesk_support_executor.py.Contract coverage
Next-only assertions (homepage, about, search, blog, leaderboard, and the static
packages/web/public/llms.txtmirror) were removed with the app. The Astro assertions remain. The sitewide metadata check now guardspackages/astro-web/src/layouts/Layout.astroagainst the retired free-tier and split-rail strings. Those positive Next layout strings are not on the production layout, so they were not copied over.Left in place
