Add Node.js 26.12.1 across JDK 8, 11, 17, 21 and 25 so the matrix contains the supported 22.23.4, 24.22.1 and 26.12.1 release lines. Point the default build and generated documentation examples at patched Node 22.23.4, and regenerate the image table. Preserve the existing Gradle, Sonar and latest selections.

Depends on ringcentral-docker/node#2. Publish its Node image tags before merging/building this update, since this repository consumes the exact base-image versions.

Validation:

  • Passed all 15 matrix combinations, cross-repository base-tag consistency, README regeneration, workflow lint and diff checks.
  • Passed version, linked-library and Brotli checks for all three Node lines in the ARM64/JDK 21 Node base build stage.
  • Complete web-tools image builds were not run. Local Node image builds could not finish package-manager installation because registry.npmjs.org resolved to 127.0.0.1, causing ECONNREFUSED.

- Add Node.js 26.12.1 variants for every supported JDK version
- Align the default base image and build examples with Node.js 22.23.4
- Refresh documented Node.js versions and supported image tags
