Summary

Adds the October 30 changelog entry (English only) for changes that merged October 23 to 30: Mintlify Base beta, Autopilot setup additions, new CLI commands, editor and admin MCP updates, published site improvements, and bug fixes.

Left out

• Autopilot support for multi-repository docs sites, plus smaller Autopilot behavior changes (reactions, who gets notified, email footers). The multi-repo support isn't documented yet.
• A full-page search results page. It's turned on by a deployment setting that customers can't change themselves and has no docs.
• Self-hosting internals (assistant on Bedrock, Postgres search, release feed), since those are scoped engagements.
• The mint dev --beta preview client, branch menu links, members sorted by role, editor commit headline wording, internal tooling, search engine migration, encryption, and other refactors.

Held for launch

• Databases: still experimental and behind a flag.
• Review requests and approvals before publishing: behind a flag, no launch date yet. Draft bullet: "Require review: Admins can require an approved review before anyone publishes, and reviewers see requests in their inbox."
• Microsoft Teams agent: behind a flag, waiting on Microsoft approval.
• WorkOS sign-in, directory sync, and EU signup changes: behind flags.
• Azure Repos support for Autopilot and the agent: waiting for the open Azure Repos guide to merge.
• Page verification in bases and the inbox: behind a flag.

Needs confirmation

• Base is a public beta as of October 29, and GA is planned for November 13. Drop the Base section if you'd rather save it for GA.
• Emails authentication: the docs say Enterprise, but #shipped says it's behind an entitlement and only live for one customer so far.
• Desktop tab changes depend on desktop 0.1.34 being released.
• CLI items depend on a published CLI release.

• desktop.mdx "Tabs share one session" says every tab shares one organization. In 0.1.34, tabs signed in to different organizations work side by side.
• The editor's Edited and Unpublished sidebar badges and the table "Copy as" menu have no docs yet.

The entry covers releases from Oct 23–30: Mintlify Base (beta) and public base links; Autopilot on GitLab, Slack, PR comments, and multi-repo; CLI commands (mint migrate, mint instructions, mint agent setup, validate rules, agent signup); editor workflow updates; admin MCP additions plus a breaking rename of upload tools; published-site features (emails auth, search, markdown export, SDK refs); misc improvements; and grouped bug fixes.

The PR description notes several shipped items were intentionally omitted (undocumented multi-repo Autopilot details, internal/flagged features, etc.) and flags follow-up doc updates (e.g. desktop tabs behavior).
