This adds support for host models. Taxonomy can now include an is_host column to mark host models.

TODO:

  • add coupling constraints
  • abstract model adding
  • add host models into Community
  • add a test suite
  • handle hosts in cooperative tradeoff
  • update docs and describe limitations and strategies
  • add it to workflows
