Why

Chart 10.11.1 (Renovate #525) ships Argo CD v3.5.6, whose repo-server never binds the metrics port. Probes kill it (820 restarts, OPS-303); v3.5.5 is still serving and platform-argo-cd is Degraded. Reverting the chart returns desired state to what is already running.

Risk/rollout

risk/R3 (prd Argo CD). Owner approved in chat. Supersedes #532, which rewrites all of argo-cd/values.yaml.

Verified

  • Live: new pod Ready 0/1, old v3.5.5 pod 1/1.
  • Diff is one line: revision: 10.11.1 to 10.10.5.
