Record the host-result/optional-backend boundary and clarify the required targets for Fisher screening, any penalized ensemble objective and decision-theoretic EVSI. Preserve existing predictive stacking and distinguish surrogate improvement from information value.

just cianduv run --no-sync mkdocs build --strictpassed. Existing stacking, runner and numerical behavior are unchanged.
