🔒 Security & Privacy | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick winDo not disclose the enclosed message type to routing intermediaries.
When a message uses a routing intermediary, this assignment places the enclosed message’s
@typeon the forward message. The intermediary can then read protocol metadata without opening the enclosed encrypted message. KeepmessageTypeoutside the forwarded payload, or confirm that this disclosure is an explicit protocol requirement before sending it.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Pin the Yarn version installed in the builder.
Line 13 installs unversioned yarn. npm uses the configured dist-tag, which defaults to latest, so the builder's package-manager version can change without a source change. Pin the intended Yarn release to keep the build toolchain reproducible. (docs.npmjs.com)

Preserve device-signed claims in pretty.
new Mdoc(rawDoc.issuerSigned) only reconstructs issuer-signed content. For documents with device-signed namespace values, the returned pretty.documents omits those values. Include the device-signed values in the response.
The supplied change details confirm that the previous deviceSignedNamespaces output was removed. Credo 0.7.0 exposes these values separately as deviceClaims. (app.unpkg.com)

@ankita-p17 thanks for the changes. A few points to double-check.
- In
src/controllers/openid4vc/verifier-sessions/verification-sessions.service.ts, you droppeddeviceSignedNamespaceswhen migrating topresentation.deviceResponse.documents(0.7.0).Mdocno longer exposes them, but the rawDeviceSignedis still available. If the API must continue returning device-signed claims, please preserve them (e.g. read fromrawDoc.deviceSignedor usepresentation.deviceClaims) — otherwise explicitly document the response shape change. - All
TypedArrayEncoder.fromString→fromUtf8StringandLogLevel.*casing updates look correct. - Docker adds global yarn (required for node:26) and
postinstall-postinstall. Patches look plausible for 0.7.0.
Thanks!

Thanks for the fixes. One small follow-up on the mdoc formatting: in verification-sessions.service.ts, when switching to presentation.deviceResponse.documents, deviceSignedNamespaces was dropped. The API consumers may rely on it—can you reconstruct it from rawDoc.deviceSigned (or use presentation.deviceClaims) to keep the response shape intact, or explicitly call out the breaking change in the API docs/swagger?

Preserve the certificate chain in issued mdocs.
When issuerx509certificate contains an intermediate certificate, this change keeps only the first certificate. Credo 0.7.0 then signs the mdoc with only that certificate, so a recipient that trusts the root CA but lacks the intermediate cannot validate the chain. Use a signing path that includes the supplied chain; changing the type with as any on Line 342 does not include it. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
