feat(plugin): run conciv inside the Vite DevTools dock - #649
When a Vite project has Vite DevTools enabled, conciv now lives in their dock, so there is one dock in the corner, not two.
One custom-render dock entry using the conciv mark as its icon.
The widget fills their panel, using the existing full-size phone layout.
The floating launcher is hidden and the panel opens by default in that mode.
Closing is a no-op inside the dock, so it can't leave a blank panel. Closing is the dock's job.
Without DevTools nothing changes. Dock mode only turns on when the vite:devtools plugin is present, conciv is enabled, and widget isn't false.
How
New surface: 'page' | 'dock' widget setting.
extensionsModuleSource gets a dock variant that exports the renderer instead of mounting on the page.
No runtime dependency on @vitejs/devtools; it's a dev dependency for the test only.
Verified
New tests: dock entry opens the chat and reopens after the dock closes; floating widget stays without DevTools; no entry when widget: false.
@conciv/plugin, @conciv/app, @conciv/extension-compiler test and typecheck pass; fallow audit passes.
Real dev server, headless, cold first load in Chromium and Firefox: chat measured 1022x638, matching the panel, with the conciv logo and no console errors. Draft survived switching dock entries.

Conciv can appear in the Vite DevTools dock when DevTools is enabled. Docked chat opens with the panel, and reopening it restores the panel.
Choose between the page and dock surfaces; the page remains the default.
Docked chat can be popped out and brought back. If a pop-out cannot be reopened, the panel offers a retry.
The quick-terminal shortcut works with docked chat.
Bug Fixes
Recording and element previews show guidance when content blockers prevent required features from loading. Failed extension loads display an error notice.
Host color-scheme detection works in docked and embedded views.
Missing widget settings are added to pages without overwriting settings already present.
When Vite DevTools is enabled, conciv registers one dock entry with our
logo and fills their panel instead of floating beside it. Without
DevTools the floating widget is unchanged.

Each extension client module now loads on its own, so one module that fails to
load (a content blocker, a network error, a throwing module) no longer stops the
widget from mounting. The rest load, a toast names the extension that failed,
and the console gets the cause.
The recorder loads rrweb, its console plugin and the player lazily. When a
content blocker refuses them, the Recorder tab and recording cards explain the
block instead of the widget failing to start.

Devframe never removes a custom-render pane; it only fades it and turns off
pointer events on the pane element, which the conciv shadow tree overrides. The
dock renderer now keeps the pane inert while the conciv entry is not active, so
the hidden chat leaves the tab order and stops covering the other entry.

The host theme read the scheme only from the page root and body. In the Vite
DevTools dock the page declares nothing; DevTools sets the scheme on ancestors
of the conciv mount inside its own shadow tree, so conciv fell back to the OS
preference. The theme roots are now the mount host's ancestors, nearest first,
crossing shadow boundaries, and the observer watches each of them.

The pop-out route is persisted and restored on reload, but a restore that
could not open the window called history.back() with no prior entry, so
conciv stayed on the pop-out route and rendered nothing. A gone or blocked
window, and the user closing it, now replace the route with the inline chat
for the same session; the blocked case shows a "Pop out again" notice whose
click reopens the window from a user gesture.
Re-attaching to a still-open window after a reload resets its document so the
previous page's event listeners are dropped and Solid's event delegation is
bound fresh, instead of leaning on the dead page's handlers.
While popped out, the Vite DevTools dock shows "Chat is popped out" with a
"Bring it back" action instead of an empty panel.
