Gives the repo CloudHypervisor-style release handling without a second branch.

  • build.yaml (reusable): both arches through the builder image, which runs --self-test; su1000; patched scrcpy-server; assembles dist with build-info.json and SHA256SUMS.
  • ci.yaml: runs build.yaml on every pull request; publishes nothing.
  • master-release.yaml: pushes to master update the rolling master prerelease (same name and URL as today, now with SHA256SUMS) and the ghcr :master image.
  • release.yaml: pushing a tag master-<9-char sha> publishes a non-prerelease with the same assets once (overwrite_files: false) and the ghcr image tagged with it. The rolling tag master has no hyphen, so it does not match.
  • Actions are pinned to exact version tags.

Downstream images should pin a master-<sha9> release and its SHA256SUMS, not the rolling master release: its assets are rebuilt on every merge and scrcpy-server-secure.jar is not bit-for-bit reproducible.
