[TS] Make empty strings falsy in symbolic conditions

Fixes #423.

Empty strings evaluate to false in conditions, !, &&, and ||; nonempty strings and ordinary objects remain truthy. Typed string fields have bounded UTF-16 contents, literal field types retain exact code units, and reads preserve prior writes. Dynamic string references without modeled contents produce an explicit unsupported outcome while supported nonstring paths continue.

mkTruthyExpr returns a nonnullable boolean expression, with unsupported-path validation handled separately. String detection, backing detection, and reference truthiness use file-level helpers. Raw field reads are separate from nullable resolution and materialization, and each new string-field materialization checks reference, backing, length, and literal contents in one scope.assert. The negative nullish helper reuses the positive predicate while preserving the explicit conjunction of disequalities in path guards.

This change is based on merged #455 at 2c4f17c4c9fc0d70057e374ec462600a0d9c4bbf and uses the private mkStringBackingLValue for string contents.

Local validation of commit a1df4f6584640b721a6ac36ea739efb439e438cc, using published pinned JacoDB without substitution:

• Full :usvm-ts:test: 988 passed, 142 skipped, 0 failures/errors.
• :usvm-ts-calls:test: 13 passed, 0 skipped/failures/errors.
• :usvm-ts:detektMain, :usvm-ts:detektTest, and git diff --check: passed.
• Source witnesses replay in Node.js, including dynamic && and || cases. The existing null/falsy regression also passed 100 diagnostic repetitions; the temporary repetition annotation was removed.

Local validation of follow-up commit f5f28249e64f02ce197e08a078fe6a0fee25034e:

• Focused :usvm-ts:test: 35 passed, 0 skipped/failures/errors, covering truthiness, null/undefined, nullish coalescing, symbolic strings, equality, and JavaScript witness replay.
• The existing null/falsy regression passed 100 diagnostic repetitions; the temporary repetition annotation was removed before the final focused run.
• :usvm-ts:detektMain, :usvm-ts:detektTest, and git diff --check: passed.

The full-suite results above belong to a1df4f658; the follow-up was validated with focused tests.

The model remains bounded by TsOptions.maxArraySize. Source-level Boolean(...) call resolution was not validated. These are local results; CI for the published commit is separate.

The existing pre-commit hook calls the unavailable checkLicense task and was bypassed for these commits after the explicit validation above. Existing file headers and license notices were preserved.
