Extend bounded array mutations to dynamic/fake primitive arguments while preserving their actual runtime kinds through #448 storage. Array growth/allocation adapters use the successor state's memory, and dense-input metadata is retained only while the initial regions are unchanged.
Substring and trim use ordinary string length/code-unit/slice operations. Shared instance-input resolution ignores semantically unused extra arguments after source evaluation; obsolete private length/copy helpers are removed.
Depends on #448, with no Calls or Date prerequisite. Validation: combined model tree passed 33 focused numeric, constructor and allocated-array regressions; production/test compilation and Detekt main/test passed. Additional Error field regressions belong to #451. CI pending.
