Share the primitive-helper dispatcher used by bundled Array and String models. A helper executes only when its full artifact owner, source caller, and active owning model match; foreign methods with the same names remain residual. Select partial approximations from the built-in model catalog and remove duplicate primitive dispatchers.
Rebased directly onto main a0a3c10. Array primitive ownership checks from the original PR are restored now that #449 has introduced the required helpers into main. This PR has no prerequisite on #451.
Validation on 66dadb8: 94 tests passed across primitive ownership, instance-call receivers, sequence models, Array mutations, and the model catalog. Detekt main/test and git diff --check passed. Local JDK 23 required MockK self-attach and Byte Buddy experimental support; an initial agent attachment timeout passed on rerun. Remote CI is pending.
