Map source-mapped concrete TypeScript branch hits to exact EtsIR successors, preserving module identity and passive coverage collection.
Based directly on main, including merged #387 and #407.
Validation: focused concrete coverage tests, 111 Node adapter tests, compilation and Detekt passed locally. The final parent-only rebase preserved all eight patches; coverage was also checked in the complete Calls stack.
GitHub CI for the published revisions is still running. These checks do not establish a completed experimental campaign.
