Records the maintainer's decision for the v1.0.0 release checklist: automate and ship.

  • slices/DECISIONS.md (2026-10-07):
    • every check automation can do honestly runs on rc.4 before the tag (SCR-428);
    • the screen-reader pass and the voice check move to 1.0.x (SCR-842, SCR-843);
    • the Spanish respelling key ships as beta;
    • the security review's stop rule.
  • The docs site's "The languages you read" page gains "How a word is said", which marks the Spanish respelling key as beta until native readers sign it off (SCR-429), as docs/stores.md's checklist allows.

Checks: site npm test 25/25 and npm run check; old-name; DCO.

The maintainer chose to ship v1.0.0 after the checks automation can do,
and to move the screen-reader pass and the voice check to 1.0.x (SCR-842,
SCR-843). The Spanish respelling key is marked beta on the docs site until
native readers sign it off (SCR-429), as the release checklist allows.
Also recorded: the security review's stop rule.
