Closes the gap left by PR #17: adds .github/workflows/deploy-docs.yml (74 lines, full content posted in issue comment 6477462038). Same workflow as QuasarApp/Heart#88: Doxygen 1.18.0 + Graphviz installed in the workflow via marketplace actions (no apt), doxygen output into docs/api, mkdocs 1.6.1 + material 9.7.7 strict build, deploy to gh-pages via JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action@v4. Triggered on push to main + workflow_dispatch. Pushed via SSH (the QuasarAppCI PAT lacks the workflow scope, so HTTPS push of workflow files is rejected server-side; the SSH key authenticates as the user with write access — per @EndrII's suggestion). After merge: the first push to main deploys the site to gh-pages; the Pages source then has to be set to branch gh-pages (path /) and a live smoke test of https://quasarapp.github.io/ViewSolutions/ will follow.
