Records the merged editor macOS prerequisite and core placeholder-oracle correction, reviewed held-patch source checks, staged-package review, and the current native packet limitations. Tracks Pareto extra-series data loss in opf-pptx#246 without marking it descoped or native-verified.

9a1484bc(18 workflows green on published deps and v0.19 source); fresh metadata prep and publication are still open.New progress/handoff notes cover Core#606 merge and refreshed eight-repo checkouts, independent staged-package review (core#608), and T31 native packet status: nine fallback archives verified byte-identical, duplicate manifest entry blocking acceptance, Windows native work still pending. PPTX#246 is explicitly logged for Pareto extra-series data loss—not descoped and not native-verified. Held core585/renderer integration candidates are noted as passing local source/browser checks but still separate from registry gates.
