RR-20: record completed PR source review

Records completed exact-source review coverage and closes only T03: 11/40 checkpoints. The dated PR snapshot retains original heads, with later merged/reviewed state distinguished. It links the durable 130-path catalog-transition reconciliation and records reviewed Pareto/import-doc corrections, CLI font-pin qualification, and current editor preparation boundaries.

Publication, registry adoption, integrated OS checks and native acceptance remain pending. No runtime, dependency, version or baseline changes. Tracker regeneration produced no byte changes.

Validation: full pnpm test passed before integrating merged PR604 (080da59): 2,262 core tests,172 CLI tests,95 command checks and35 root checks. Integration was conflict-free; final mapped checks passed afterward at cf4211d. Full tests are not represented as a fresh post-integration run.

Overview
Adds docs/evidence/rr20-pr-source-review/coverage.md, a durable audit of exact-source review for the dated open-PR snapshot (exact heads, evidence pointers, and what still needs registry/OS/native acceptance). It includes RR-78 130-path catalog-transition reconciliation for original PPTX #229 / render #198 / editor #148 versus reviewed successors, plus notes on merged #609/#610, reviewed PPTX #247/#248, CLI font-pin qualification, and editor #159 prep boundaries.

Release-readiness trackers are updated to close checklist T03 only: verified progress 10/40 → 11/40, section A 6/6, with matching edits in 0.19-execution.md, HANDOFF.md (new T03 section), and burndown.md (RR-20 row and log). T11 text now reflects editor #159 merged at 7831a15 with release-commit/publication still pending. The docs explicitly state that source review does not close publication, gallery 2 registry adoption, integrated gates, or native acceptance.
