feat(widgets): native templates, Style option, thumbnails, stale label (R14-B) - #87

Each shared item is boiled down to a summary (title, value, fraction, tone, detail) and the extension lays it out in one of four templates — Big Number, Meters, List, Grid — chosen automatically or by the new Style option. File widgets share small thumbnails through the App Group, pruned when unused. The header shows how old a reading is only once it is stale. …hour at least Quick Look has no preview for cloud placeholders, so ask for any representation and get the file icon instead of a blank tile. A short manifest staleAfterSec no longer marks a desktop widget old all the time, and the small size shows the stale clock without the time. R14-B: desktop widgets drawn in native templates instead of a shrunk copy of the popup.
What changes
SharedShelfSummary.swift, 7 tests).images/<widget>/in the App Group and removes unused ones. Cloud placeholders fall back to the file icon. Local paths are never shared.staleAfter(2× the refresh interval or the manifest's staleAfterSec, at least 30 min). The timeline adds an entry at that moment, so this needs no reload. The small size shows the clock only.Checked
