Adds Analyze > Analyze Particles. It finds the particles of a binary image, or of a gray image above an automatic threshold, and measures each one in the Results table: area, mean, min and max, centroid, perimeter, bounding box and the shape values circularity, aspect ratio, roundness, solidity, Feret diameter and the axes of the fitted ellipse. Particles can be filtered by size and circularity, left out when they touch the edge, and their outlines can be added to the ROI Manager. Masks and numbered masks can be shown as a new image.
Process > Binary gets Watershed, which splits touching objects along the valleys of the distance to the background, Skeletonize and Distance Map. The Set Measurements list has columns for the new values.
Based on the command search branch (#19).
