Two more selection tools in the Analyze panel: Freehand, which follows the pointer and closes when the button is released, and Wand, which selects the connected pixels around a click whose values are within a tolerance (Analyze > Wand Tolerance, 0 by default).
A new Edit menu has Select All (Ctrl+A), Select None and a Selection submenu: To Bounding Box, Convex Hull, Fit Ellipse, Enlarge (negative values shrink), Specify, Rotate, Scale, Create Mask (a binary image of the selection) and Create Selection (a polygon for every particle of a binary image).
Image > Properties sets the pixel size of the image, which the scale bar and the calibrated measurements use.
Based on the Analyze Particles branch (#20). Polyline selections are not included.
