Remove the .github/copilot-instructions.md symlink to AGENTS.md. Copilot code review and the Copilot cloud agent read AGENTS.md natively, and the organization's new-repository guidance makes AGENTS.md the only agent instruction entry point. Refs z-shell/.github#717 Refs z-shell/.github#720
