docs(knowledge): state the active zsh-lint project delivery records

Summary

The tooling index's adoption paragraph still called the zsh-lint Go AST and parser-front-end sources drafts and ended with "No project delivery record or source pin is active for these drafts." Both have had approved records in knowledge/project-delivery.json since PR 721, and z-shell/zsh-lint carries their generated consumers, verified by its Org Routing check; the parser record was refreshed in #805.

This rewrites that paragraph only: it names the two sources, keeps their project revisions, links the project delivery manifest, says the parser-gap-fix skill and source-coupled contracts stay owned by the project, and states that native runtime discovery of the generated instructions is still unverified. The section heading is unchanged.

Verification

• knowledge-delivery.py --check (57 consumers), knowledge-coverage.py, validate-agent-policy.py and org-routing.py validate pass.
• 339 unit tests pass: knowledge coverage 7, delivery 14, decision records 17, agent policy 99, routing and policy report 91, Zsh standard policy 111.
• git diff --check and trunk check --no-fix --ci on the file pass. The new relative link resolves to knowledge/project-delivery.json.

The parser-gap-fix skill and docs/project contracts remain in zsh-lint. Native runtime discovery has not been exercised, as the paragraph now says.
