I tend to build things when something bugs me. A slow workflow or a missing tool usually turns into a weekend prototype, and sometimes into something my whole team ends up using.
I started out as a tinkerer and designer, building Arduino gadgets and a GUI for DOS in Turbo C++. Today I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Tricog Health, where I lead the CoreTech team: R&D, developer tools, platform and security. I also love teaching.
| Project | The itch → what I built |
|---|---|
| RequestLab · 2025 | Comparing and sharing API JSON responses by hand got old. It grew into a free, browser-first API workbench: API and Socket.IO testing, load tests, an interceptor, webhooks, mock servers, a flow builder, JSON and MySQL schema diffs, and AI-assisted SQL. Co-developed with Ashrit V. |
| macbar · 2026 | The MacBook notch was dead space, so I turned it into a command centre with live widgets and media controls. |
| FloatMe · 2026 | I wanted a clean camera bubble for demos: a floating camera preview for macOS. |
| yadev.cc CMS · 2026 | I didn't want to manage security, a database or a hosting backend for my portfolio, so I built a local-first CMS that writes to git-tracked JSON and ships a fully static site. |
| GMADB · 2020 | Tired of long ADB commands, I built a GUI for flashing and sideloading Android devices. |
| Android Sensor Data Collector · 2020 | A rash-driving model needed real data, so I built an app to record live motion and GPS data. |
| DOS GUI · 2017 | Where it started: a windowed GUI for DOS, written in Turbo C++. |
At work I also build internal tools that teams use every day, such as meetingBuddy (meeting summaries, plus a chat for each meeting), Claude Code Manager (a dashboard for agent sessions) and SuperPenTest (AI-driven penetration testing).
