Changes

• New rollup <Update> entry at the top of changelog.mdx, organized as new features → updates → bug fixes (no fixes shipped).
• Covers the Lead Generation API, the GTM server-side Conversion API template, and REGIONS segmentation for Ads Analytics, with links to the relevant docs.
• Existing per-item entries left in place below the rollup for reference.
