Changes

• New — Livestream API (Enterprise): publishes the Livestream API section (stream sources, broadcast lifecycle, scheduled broadcasts, live chat send/moderate).
• Updated — Ads MCP expands to 74 tools: documents the expanded surface (conversion tracking, audiences, creatives/media, app campaigns, per-entity reads) and the optional media.write scope.
• Updated — Broadcast chat moderators: new add/list/remove moderator endpoints and clarified that any assigned moderator can call delete-message and mute/unmute.
• Updated — post_id qualifier for like.create: X Activity API subscriptions can now scope to a single Post.
• Fixed — liking_user_id in like.create payload sample: the sample now includes the field and the liking user in includes.users.
