fix: oxlint v1.89.0 で新たに検出された箇所を String.raw にする - #104

oxlint の更新で unicorn/prefer-string-raw が utils/rules/parse.test.ts・ utils/rules/storage.test.ts の正規表現リテラルのバックスラッシュのエスケープを 検出するようになったため、String.raw に直す。
