- Add a small i18n layer (js/i18n.js): English text is the lookup key, so missing translations fall back to English and English output is unchanged. - Add Russian locale (js/locales/ru.js): UI text, tasks.json/cycles.json data, and the "More Info" dialogs. Game terms follow the official Russian game localization. - Add a language selector to the options menu; the choice is saved in localStorage and defaults to the browser language. - Add the Cyrillic subset of the self-hosted Inter font. - Format dates and countdown units per language. - Add tests for the i18n helpers.
