Merged after formatting, math validation, the strict MkDocs build, browser inspection, and GitHub CI passed. Use the corrected image supplied by @sktw85 in #448 so the remaining root 41 is black after deleting 38, as required by the red-black tree root property. |

Validation: npm run format, python3 scripts/check_math.py, and mkdocs build --strict pass. Checked the affected built section in the browser.
