Promote the Python 3.7.9 recipe to the immutable organization intake after all 60 public assets (217,117,323 bytes) were downloaded and verified by name, size and SHA256. Retain the public receipt and historical metadata source commit, require public SDK 0.3.10 and adapter 0.1.1, and preserve the PATH order produced by package.py in both recipes and the generator.
Validation: 27 offline contract tests and real shared-schema/metadata validation passed. Published native Rez bundles, the index and installed VX acceptance remain separate gates.
