E2E runs on CI again: Playwright 1.64.1 installs its browsers on Node 26 - #10

- `@playwright/test` 1.56.1 → 1.64.1. On Node 26 the old version's `playwright install chromium` hangs forever after the download (reproduced locally on Node 26.12.1), so since the Node 26 move the E2E job sat in that step until its 30-minute timeout cancelled it - With 1.64.1 the install finishes in about 14 s locally, and the full E2E suite passes (36 passed, 1 skipped)

playwright install chromiumhangs on Node 26, so the E2E job timed out. 1.64.1 installs in about 14 s and the E2E suite passes locally.
