Points the README logo at the refreshed Uploadcare brand asset.

The logo was a bare <img> with no dark-mode variant; it is now a <picture> with explicit light and dark sources plus an <img> fallback.

The old URL was a PNG carrying CDN operations (-/resize/112x112/-/quality/lightest/). The new asset is an SVG, so those operations and the .png slug are dropped — keeping them would have produced a 404.

Asset
light 4f546650-8772-4222-baf3-2ad2d5a855b0
dark 0c643d09-f5cb-47f5-ac55-8e5273819476

Both URLs verified HTTP 200 image/svg+xml.

Docs-only — no source or build changes.

Part of a brand refresh applied across the Uploadcare SDK repos.
