- upgrade typescript to 7.0.2 and drop options removed in TS 7 (baseUrl, downlevelIteration, suppressImplicitAnyIndexErrors) - keep strict disabled and load node types explicitly - replace eslint, prettier and ts-node with oxlint and oxfmt - add workspace import guard - fix invalid syntax in docs vitepress config and duplicate spec import
