The README install URLs were pinned to r-v0.5.6 and named a Windows asset the pipeline does not produce (the Windows binary is CRAN-form rtauargus.native_.zip; the 0.5.6 asset of the old name is a plain tarball mislabeled as .zip).

  • Point all four install URLs at releases/latest with the real asset names; note the SHA-256 manifest and how to pin older releases.
  • Refresh the pipeline description for the install-tested, manifest-gated flow (every run builds, fresh-env installs, suite + ex1 arb; tags verify the manifest before publishing).
  • Fix the quick start file list (table input has no .asc or logbook).
  • Pin both README examples in tests/testthat/test_readme_examples.R: quick start statuses (02;tr1=A, 06;tr2=B with Dom=95, 02;tr2 and 06;tr1=D) and the hand-written batch pivot status codes (1/3/5/11).

Local proof at pin 264f386: staged build installed into a fresh library, full suite 430 PASS / 20 SKIP / 0 FAIL (409 baseline + 21 new assertions).

Point the install URLs at the latest release with the real asset
names (the Windows binary is CRAN-form rtauargus.native_<version>.zip,
the previous URL named an asset the pipeline does not produce and
the 0.5.6 asset of that name is unusable), note the per-artifact
SHA-256 manifest, and refresh the pipeline description for the
install-tested, manifest-gated flow.

Correct the quick start file list (table input has no .asc or
logbook) and pin both README examples to the suite: the tab_rtauargus
quick start statuses (A/B/D and Dom=95) and the hand-written batch
pivot codes (1/3/5/11).
