Everyone participating in the Trishula project — issues, pull requests, discussions, and the docs site — is expected to be professional and respectful. Debate the change, not the person.
- Use welcoming and inclusive language.
- Be respectful of differing viewpoints and experience.
- Accept constructive criticism with grace.
- Put what is best for the community and the project first.
- Assume good faith in others' comments and contributions. Security critique is welcome; contempt is not.
- Harassment, discriminatory or demeaning language, or personal attacks.
- Publishing others' private information without explicit consent.
- Deliberate introduction of malicious code or known-vulnerable dependency changes disguised as contribution.
- Trolling, insulting, or derogatory comments, sustained disruption of discussions.
The scope covers all project spaces (repository, issues, PRs, the docs site) and every place the project represents itself publicly.
Report instances of unacceptable behaviour to the project contact, Shain Singh. The project reviews every report. Where warranted, the response is a warning, a temporary ban or a permanent ban from project spaces. Reports stay confidential.
Security vulnerabilities are not conduct matters — follow SECURITY.md instead.
