The Chinese guidelines page now matches. I translated it by hand because the auto-translate workflow is failing.

TL;DR Turn the Contribution Guidelines page, in English and Chinese, into a short set of links (CONTRIBUTING.md, the
onboardinglabel, the bug report checklist, this repo and Discord), and delete the Contribution Set-up page in both locales with a permanent redirect to the guidelines. The Chinese page is translated by hand because the auto-translate workflow is failing, and the bug reports page is untouched.Pain: both pages open with an "out of date" banner, then walk contributors through Lerna,
npm installand demo packages the repo dropped long ago. The guidelines also send newcomers to thegood first issuelabel, which has 2 open issues, and to a "Forum" that is just the community page.Solution: stops the docs duplicating setup steps that drift, and points readers at where the current information lives: CONTRIBUTING.md for setup and the PR workflow, the
onboardinglabel (22 open) for starter issues, and Discord for questions.
