Rename package to ImagePlaygroundBridge

Summary

• rename the Swift package, product, module, public symbols, source and test folders to ImagePlaygroundBridge
• update DocC, README badges and links, release documentation deployment, logging identity, and repository instructions
• preserve the interactive, system-managed Image Playground capability and host-owned persistence boundary

Acceptance criteria

• no current package content refers to the superseded name
• package APIs and tests compile under ImagePlaygroundBridge
• DocC generates for the renamed module and GitHub Pages path
• repository migration retains the canonical palette emoji 🎨
