docs(changelog): log Glama quality scoring (grade A) - #48

Conversation
Record this session's ad-hoc release/hygiene work: root-caused why Glama left quality unscored (it builds from the admin-page config, not a repo Dockerfile, in a Rust-less base), configured the admin build so it enumerates the three tools and now grades A, and captured the outcome of PRs #45/#46/#47. Backlog untouched — this was not a backlog item. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Handoff changelog entry for the Glama quality-scoring work completed this
session (PRs #45 → #46 → #47): root cause, the admin-page build config that
took the server from unscored to grade A, and the tools/docs kept.
Release/hygiene, not an assurance-ladder rung.
backlog.mdis untouched — theGlama work was an ad-hoc request, not a backlog item, so the top backlog task
("Cap far-future request timestamps") remains next.
Docs-only.
