Prepare patch release 0.60.1 from merged main, containing the read-only campaign-bound GTM reports connector in #346. Feature source passed the Beelink frozen-install/typecheck/affected-test/build gate; existing connector manifests are unchanged.
Publication uses the maintained tag-triggered OIDC release workflow. Live Hub availability remains dependent on the paired GTM API and Platform deployment.
