Independent read-only metadata review of exact head ea4295b8bc06ee3aabe5216e5c5531afba7cfbbf against merged main 8f6e9184cca8f4c0f8347bf0bc5141b1dc7173a3: no release-metadata or source-scope blocker found.

The PR changes only package.json from 0.59.2 to 0.59.3 and adds three changelog entries covering merged #342's malformed Linq media host fix and #341's validated URL snapshot and media planner. GitHub reports two changed files, seven additions and one deletion. #342 merged as the stated base commit. Public npm 0.59.3 was absent at this review; latest remained 0.59.2.

This is an exact-head source/metadata verdict. It does not prove the maintained Publish run, public package bytes, Platform caller, or provider send. Native72 owns normal merge, tag, publication, and registry receipt. I made no source edit or merge.
