Add the Image Editor section with two live demos (multiple, and manual with a locked aspect), extend the Configuration section with the editor, aspect, quality and format keys, and mark the page as changed.
… for v4.2.0 Add the Thumbnails section to the Carousel page (basic, limit, without highlight, autoplay and configuration examples) and the Image Editor section to the Upload and Editor pages, covering modes, aspect ratio, multiple files and the disabled state, with live previews driven by the upload demo component. Register the new sections in the documentation navigation (Range dual mode, Date typeable, Button subtle and shadowless group, Carousel thumbnails, Upload image editor), flag Carousel as changed in the sidebar tree and drop example constants that are no longer referenced by any page. Link tallstackui/tallstackui to the local 4.x-dev path repository until 4.2.0 is tagged.

The crop and rotate image editor was removed from the package before v4.2.0, so its sections, examples and live demos leave the upload, upload async and editor pages, along with the navigation flags they justified. The editor toolbar_tooltip setting, the header collapse-icon attribute and the badge size configuration, all shipped in v4.2.0, are now documented.
Drops the local path repository used while the release was being prepared and locks the published v4.2.0.
