Overview

#30 で go.mod を go 1.27 に上げましたが、CI ワークフローと README の前提条件は 1.26 のままでした。これを 1.27 に揃えます。

• .github/workflows/lint.yml / unittest.yml: matrix の go-version を [1.26] → [1.27]
• .github/workflows/release.yml: go-version を 1.26 → 1.27
• README.md: Prerequisites の「Go 1.26 or later」→「Go 1.27 or later」

#30 の CI は GOTOOLCHAIN=auto による 1.27 ツールチェーンの自動取得で通っていました。今回の変更で、ワークフロー上の指定と実際に使われるバージョンを一致させます。

確認事項

• ローカル（go1.27.1 / golangci-lint 2.14.0）で make build / make test / make lint が通ることを確認済みです
• リポジトリ内に 1.26 の記述が残っていないことを確認済みです
• release.yml はタグの push 時にしか動かないため、この PR では検証できません。goreleaser は go build を呼ぶだけなので、1.27 でも問題ない見込みです
