bug: arabic shows sat amounts with digit groups reversed #944
Description
What happened?
With the app in Arabic (iPhone 17 simulator, master strings), sat amounts with a digit-group separator show the groups in reverse order:
- savings 197 422 shows as ٤٢٢ ١٩٧
- spending 105 000 shows as ٠٠٠ ١٠٥
- an activity row of +5 000 shows as ٠٠٠ ٥ +
In the same build, chevrons and the back arrow keep their left-to-right direction while the rest of the layout mirrors.
Expected behavior
Amounts read in the right order in Arabic, and directional icons mirror with the layout.
Found while checking translations on #938; ar.lproj already ships on master.

In 3.0.5: this already happens on master and isn't introduced by the 3.0.0 changes, so it follows as a fix after the store release rather than holding RC2.
