bug: receive tabs don't wrap on swipe, and swiping past usdt dismisses receive #1024

What happened?

In Receive, swiping sideways between tabs stops at both ends:

• On the last tab (USDT), swiping toward a next tab doesn't change tabs, and it dismisses the Receive sheet instead.
• On the first tab, swiping back does nothing.
• Before #1582/fix: swipe between receive tabs from the usdt qr #1020, swiping back from USDT didn't work either; those PRs fix that direction.

Expected behavior

Swiping works on every Receive tab and wraps around: swiping back on the first tab goes to the last one, and swiping forward on the last tab goes to the first one. A sideways swipe never dismisses the Receive sheet, and a tap on the QR still copies.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable USDT and open Receive.
2. On the USDT tab, swipe toward the next tab: the sheet is dismissed.
3. On the first tab, swipe back: nothing happens.
